The In-Flight Service Retirees Association, Montreal, was formed in May 1993.
Those responsible for the formation of the Association are: Andy St-Laurent, Paul Gendreau, Pierre Bidal and Frank St-Hilaire.
Those four gentlemen realized that a need existed to provide the In-Flight Service retirees some sort of an organized schedule that would permit the members to continue to socialize with each others even after retiremement.

Many other groups have sprouted up in the last few years, such as the pilots, friends of cargo agents, navigators and now us, the In-Flight group. Several of those retirees also belong to the National Pionairs group. The objective of our committee is to simply do the leg work in providing information to the In-Flight retirees, organize monthly get-togethers as well as social events such a lunches, golf tournaments, Bar-B-Q's etc...
The main purpose is to get the retirees out of their home and continue their friendship with their work colleagues on a regular basis, after retirement.
